Join us for the Climate Bonds Connect 2024, Asia Pacific edition in Mumbai.
Our flagship conference this year is centred on the theme "Delivering a Climate Aligned Financial System and Economy: An Action Agenda for India." The conference will feature insightful discussions on India's steps to address climate risks and financing its transition to a low-carbon, resilient and inclusive economy with a focus on the role of the financial sector.
Co-hosted by the Indian Banks’ Association for the 'India Initiative on Climate Risk and Sustainable Finance,' and in partnership with auctusESG and ODI, with support from AIIB, Amundi, and Montrose, this event will bring together senior leaders from across the financial ecosystem and the real economy.
We will have the Reserve Bank of India in conversation with central bankers from other economies and key stakeholders to unpack the various dimensions of managing climate risks and opportunities covering the canvas from mandatory disclosures to transition plans.
The conference will connect transformative regulatory and policy approaches for climate responsive macro economy, financial stability and sustainable finance with actions required on the ground by commercial and public policy banks on the one hand and real economy on the other.
A day of deep dives on the action agenda for senior practitioners across policy and regulation, financial institutions, industry, expert organisations on strategies to shape and deepen India's sustainable finance ecosystem with valuable lessons for global solutions.
